I’m an all-in type of person. That goes for playing (I competed in a 5k, then a 10k, then three marathons, then a 50k, then thankfully I stopped). I’m all-in with my family – I fiercely love my wife and kids and animals. I’m also all-in with work. I don’t just have a seller sign a listing agreement and then go goof off. I take and edit photos, I print flyers, I put up my own signs made out of PVC because I think the deteriorated wood ones don’t look good. I sit my own open houses and give guests ideas about the rooms and tell stories about the neighborhood and home. I build newsletters and create video walkthroughs. I am serious about selling a home because that’s how I would want someone to work for me.
