As an agent, feedback for my client is extremely important. I am one of those agents who answers my phone, and I guess I didn’t realize that I’m an endangered species. Feedback for sellers by potential buyers and their agents is critical to efficiently managing a listing. I reach out to every single person who enters a listing. About 80% of agents never respond, even with a text. I have no idea why a professional wouldn’t take literally 30 seconds to share with a colleague what their feedback is. I suppose it’s a great contrast between great and mediocre agents. If you’re a listing agent and contact me for feedback, please know I will have the courtesy and professionalism to share my feedback. After all, when one of us looks bad, it drags the whole of us down.
