Let’s start by saying, you get what you pay for. There is a reason that this statement exists – because it’s painfully true.

Sellers, you absolutely get what you pay for. Keep in mind that if you’re offering a rock-bottom commission to an agent bringing a buyer, all of the best agents are not going to show your home. A listing agent who gives you a “deal,” is actually doing you a huge disservice. An agent willing to negotiate down their own worth and value is not going to be an adept and aggressive negotiator on your behalf. Hire an experienced, aggressive agent with the right certifications and training, and you will not only sell your home quickly, you’ll sell it with less hassle and for more money.
